Forest Glen Utility

Forest Glen Utility (FGU) is located in Medina County, Texas and serves the Potranco Ranch Subdivision and surrounding area.  The FGU Water Resources Recovery Facility (WRRF) provides sewer treatment service and recovered water for reuse as irrigation and other outdoor uses. The plant goes through a three-phase process to treat the water producing high quality results that homeowners use for their outdoor needs.

The reuse water is set apart from the drinking water with proper labeling and purple pipe, making it recognizable to the general public. The reuse water is clear and clean and may be used when restrictions on potable water are in effect. The Edwards Aquifer is the main source of drinking or potable water in the area, and we believe systems like Forest Glen Utility are part of the solution to preserving the Edwards resources and other aquifer sources like the Edwards, for generations to come.

Windy Hill Utility

Windy Hill Utility (WHU) provides water resources recovery and has the potential to deliver reuse water services for the area between Buda and Kyle in Hays County including the Estates of Windy Hill subdivision and surrounding developments. The WHU WRRF provides sewer treatment service and recovered water for reuse as irrigation and other outdoor uses. This is a state-of-the-art system that produces high quality reuse water meeting the most stringent TCEQ standards. The plant goes through a three-phase process to treat the water producing high quality results that homeowners may use for their outdoor needs.  The reuse water is set apart from the drinking water with proper labeling and purple pipe, making it recognizable to the general public. The reuse water is clear and clean and may be used when restrictions on potable water are in effect.

Plum Creek Utility

Plum Creek Utility (PCU) provides wholesale water resources recovery and complete utility system operations for County Line Special Utility District (CLSUD) including the City of Uhland and unincorporated areas of Hays and Caldwell County. This system also has the potential to deliver reuse water services. As part of our ongoing efforts, sewer service and recycled water is available to the community, providing economic benefit to all and helping the environment through the elimination of septic systems and the conservation of our most precious resource, clean drinking water.

Zipp Road Utility

Zipp Road Utility (ZRU) is located in Guadalupe County, providing water resources recovery collection services for Samuel’s Court and Solm’s Preserve Subdivisions. ZRU’s service area encompasses 90 acres that includes 364 residential units and 4 acres of commercial development.

Camino Real Utility

Camino Real Utility (CRU) provides water resources recovery and re-use water services for the City of Mustang Ridge and surrounding areas in Travis and Caldwell Counties. CRU will provide sewer treatment service and recovered water for reuse as irrigation and other outdoor uses.

Spanish Trail Utility

Spanish Trail Utility is located in Hays County, providing water resource recovery for the Great Hills Community and surrounding area.

O & M Management Services

Operations and Maintenance Management Services Company, LLC (OMMS) is a local, Texas-based company situated in the heart of Central Texas. Focusing on the operations and maintenance (O&M) of water and wastewater systems, OMMS operates all of BVRT’s Utility Companies. OMMS was formed in June 2018 to provide water and wastewater operations and management services to the private and municipal sectors.
